At Lensdeal you can easily cancel an order

Contact our customer service.

If your order has not been sent yet, we will cancel it immediately and start the return payment process. You will then normally have your money returned to your account within 72 hours.

If your order has already been sent, after receipt, please do not open the package and contact us as soon as possible.

Lensdeal.com strives for perfection, efficiency and above all convenience. In the unlikely event you want to return an item, please contact our customer service. We will find a suitable solution for you, with the reassuring knowledge to you that return shipments at Lensdeal are always free of charge.

Important! Contact lenses and solutions you want to return to Lensdeal should still be usable. We can only take back unopened, undamaged and unwritten packagings of which the expiration date has not passed and all seals must be intact. If the article does not meet these conditions, please contact our customer service to find a good solution before returning an item.

We can never take back opened solutions in connection with hygiene and shelf life.

Refunds

Refunds are, if possible, paid by the same payment method with which you have paid us and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

There are no additional costs involved.

If we have made a mistake

Please read our terms and conditions and your right of withdrawal here.

If you have received the wrong contact lenses or if they have been damaged during transport, you can return them to us. We will send you a new product as soon as possible.

If you change your mind

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Our exchange warranty

The following is not a replacement for your "right of withdrawal". Consider this as an extra free exchange service!

If your prescription has changed, you can exchange your soft contact lenses at Lensdeal free of charge.
